Refund Policy

At Kasama Chocolate LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We only accept returns for chocolate products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns for dissatisfaction with taste or preference.
  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us. In that case, you will be issued a full refund for the ticket purchase.

2. Refunds for Chocolate Products (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds for Event Tickets (if applicable)

  • If an event is canceled by Kasama Chocolate LTD, you will be notified, and we will issue a full refund for your ticket.
  • Tickets for events are non-refundable for any reason other than a cancellation by us.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace chocolate items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@kasamachocolate.com, and send your item to:

6. Shipping

To return a defective or damaged chocolate product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Event tickets (unless canceled by us)
  • Opened or used chocolate products
