A layer of pistachio paste beneath a layer of 70% dark chocolate ganache made from our Honduras and Ecuador cacao beans, infused with cardamom and rosewater, topped with slivered pistachios and rose infused sugar crystals.
A note for our friends in the US
Right now we’re only able to ship within Canada. New cross-border rules and paperwork for sending chocolate to the US have made it impractical for a small shop like ours, so US orders are paused for the time being.
