Black Currant


The tart and zesty black currant is often difficult to find in North America, and is perhaps best known for the French liqueur, crème de cassis, to which it lends its rich flavour and deep purple colour. This vegan friendly white chocolate bar is made without the use of dairy, just a boatload of dried black currants – equivalent to over 4kg of fresh fruit for each 4kg batch of chocolate!
