Refund Policy
At Kasama Chocolate LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We only accept returns for chocolate products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns for dissatisfaction with taste or preference.
- Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us. In that case, you will be issued a full refund for the ticket purchase.
2. Refunds for Chocolate Products (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds for Event Tickets (if applicable)
- If an event is canceled by Kasama Chocolate LTD, you will be notified, and we will issue a full refund for your ticket.
- Tickets for events are non-refundable for any reason other than a cancellation by us.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If after following these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kasamachocolate.com.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace chocolate items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@kasamachocolate.com, and send your item to:

6. Shipping
To return a defective or damaged chocolate product, you should mail your product to:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Event tickets (unless canceled by us)
- Opened or used chocolate products
