Description

This special release bar celebrates one of the Philippines’ most beloved fruits — the Champagne Mango (also known as the Carabao Mango). Bright, creamy mango chocolate is made with organic cane sugar and directly sourced mangoes from the Tega family plantation in Solana, a small town in the Northern Philippines. Folded into the bar are crunchy bits of locally made spelt honey graham cracker, crafted by our friend Olivia Wu of Yishi Cacao.

Inspired by Crema de Mangga (Mango Graham Float) — a nostalgic dessert enjoyed across the Philippine archipelago year-round — this bar is sweet, creamy, crunchy, and full of tropical sunshine in every bite.

The vibrant cover artwork was illustrated by our friend and Vancouver-based designer, Fyonna Laddaran.
