This award-winning dark milk chocolate bar is made with fine-flavoured, organic cacao beans from the Philippines, stone ground with Sri Lankan Earl Grey Tea from the Granville Island Tea company. It’s distinctly floral with notes of bergamot and balanced sweetness.
A Granville Island collaboration
The tea comes from our neighbours at the Granville Island Tea Company: a Sri Lankan Earl Grey that we stone grind right into the chocolate with organic Philippine cacao, so the bergamot is woven through every square rather than sitting on top. As a dark milk chocolate, it sits between a classic milk bar and a dark bar — creamy enough to feel like a treat, with enough cacao for both the tea and the beans to come through.
