Tart, juicy, and packed with flavour, calamansi is a small citrus fruit from the Philippines that is used in various dishes, desserts, and drinks. Made from organic cacao butter and Philippine calamansi, this white chocolate has a creamy, buttery base with a burst of floral and citrus notes.
