Frequently asked questions
Is this vegan white chocolate?
Yes. There’s no dairy at all — just organic cacao butter, organic unrefined cane sugar and dried raspberries. It’s made with gluten-free ingredients, too.
Is white chocolate real chocolate?
Yes. White chocolate is made from cacao butter, the rich fat pressed from cacao beans; it just leaves out the cacao solids that make dark chocolate brown. Most white chocolate adds milk powder — ours skips it, so the flavour of the fruit takes centre stage.
Where are the raspberries from?
British Columbia. We use dried BC raspberries — over 20 of them in every bar.
