Perhaps no fruits are as iconic to the Philippines as mangos, many delicious varieties of which are grown all throughout the archipelago. This 65% dark chocolate, made with directly-sourced cacao beans from South Cotabato (Mindanao) is sweetened primarily with Champagne Mango (also known as Carabao Mango) that we sourced directly from the Tega family mango plantation in Solana (Cagayan), a small town in the Northern Philippines, and contains very little added sugar. This bright, tropical bar is finished with a light sprinkle of sea salt from Pasuquin, a seaside town on the northwest coast of Ilocos Norte.
Rich and fragrant as night winds weaving through the jungle, it might just whisk you away to a tropical paradise, one where summer never ends.
