Autumn Dream Release

It has certainly felt like an eternal summer here on the west coast, but, as if to foretell the sudden change in weather, the last of our last Endless Summer bars sold out at the shop on the weekend. Yet, with every passing comes the birth of something new, in this case, an Autumn Dream:

A chill wind breathes through the maple woods, gilding the forest floor with a leafy blanket of red, amber, and gold.

The earth grows still, and maple trees store their sugary sap for the long sleep ahead. Clusters of hazelnuts hang from fog shrouded branches, hiding tiny auburn treasures that slowly ripen in the depths of Autumn’s embrace.

Two foods consumed in Canada since ancient times, maple sugar and hazelnuts are smoothly stone ground and conched in a bed of velvety Philippine cacao. May they take you on a sweet and nutty dark chocolate dream.
