What’s in the bundle
- Tanduay Rum — Philippine cacao from Davao aged with Tanduay Gold rum: coconut, caramel cream and spice.
- Single Malt — Ecuadorian Costa Esmeraldas cacao aged with Odd Society Distillery’s Commodore single malt whisky: oak and whisky notes.
- Wallflower Gin — Ugandan Kisinga cacao aged with Odd Society’s Wallflower Gin and ground with juniper: floral and botanical.
How we barrel-age chocolate
For each bar, we roast the cacao beans, crack them into nibs, and age the nibs in an oak cask with the spirit for four weeks. Then we dry the nibs and stone grind them into chocolate. Three spirits, three cacao origins, three completely different bars — and every one of them has won medals at the International Chocolate Awards.
