Developed with Chef Martin Vargas, the recipe blends cacao butter, milk, rice flour, organic Mexican cinnamon, and roasted coffee beans from Agro Roasters in Vancouver. The result is a white chocolate both delicate and decadent, with layers of cream, spice, and coffee that evoke the warmth of shared moments and the richness of heritage.
