Made with organic cacao from a cooperative of small farmers in the Copan region of western Honduras, this chocolate, using beans from the August 2018 harvest, has a rich, creamy body with notes of black cherry, oak, and caramel.
A note for our friends in the US
Right now we’re only able to ship within Canada. New cross-border rules and paperwork for sending chocolate to the US have made it impractical for a small shop like ours, so US orders are paused for the time being.
