Río Caribe is a colourful fishing village on the eastern coast of Venezuela that has some very old cacao plantations and a long history of producing fine aroma cacao varietals. Made with beans from the Spring 2019 harvest, this ultra dark chocolate has a smooth cashew-like texture with scotchy undertones and hints of toasted barley.
