Barrel Aged Gin
For this limited batch of 200 bars, we roasted our Honduras cacao beans, then aged them in an empty cask from Odd Society Distillery used to create their Oaken Wallflower Gin. After aging for 4 weeks, turning the barrel twice a day, the nibs were dried and stone ground to create a rich, oaky dark chocolate with subtle hints of juniper, and other mysterious botanicals.
This bar was awarded an International Chocolate Awards Bronze for the Americas.
