The salted egg yolk chocolate bar is a special collaboration with our friends at Potluck Hawker Eatery, a Vancouver-based restaurant specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine and a homage to the bustling food stalls lining the streets at night from Kuala Lumpur to Manila. It features Potluck’s signature blend made of salted egg yolk, Thai chilis, curry leaves, garlic, cereal, and shallots combined with Kasama’s housemade craft white chocolate resulting in a smooth and savoury, yet slightly sweet bar with crunchy texture and a touch of spice and heat.
