Up In Smoke


The man, the myth, the legend.
Klaus on the Haus. This new special release is an ode to our tie-dye wearing contractor and his team who helped build our amazing new chocolate workshop on Granville Island. One day during construction, Klaus asked, “Can you smoke chocolate?”. After some experimenting the answer is yes! First we roasted our Costa Esmeraldas cacao beans, then they were cold smoked with organic Okanagan apple wood, before being conched in our stone grinder. Pairs nicely with a hefty stout, or some post-modern psychedelic rock.
